Community Guidelines

Ballwhizz brings together football fans with different clubs, countries, cultures, opinions and rivalries.

Passionate football debate, friendly banter and disagreement are part of the game. Abuse, discrimination, cheating and harmful behaviour are not.

These Community Guidelines apply wherever users can interact, participate or submit content through Ballwhizz.

1. Respect Other Fans

Disagreement is part of football, but keep it about football.

Personal attacks, targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats or repeated abusive behaviour toward other users are not acceptable.

Criticize the opinion, prediction, club or performance — not the person behind it.

2. No Hate or Discrimination

Do not attack, insult, degrade or target people based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

Football rivalry or national-team competition is never an excuse for discriminatory or hateful behaviour.

3. No Cheating or Manipulation

Ballwhizz is built around fair competition.

Do not:

• exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities;

• use bots, scripts or unauthorized automation;

• manipulate Points, XP, rankings, Coins, Gems, Cards, Boxes or other rewards;

• coordinate with others to manipulate games, polls, competitions or leaderboards;

• create or use fraudulent accounts to gain an unfair advantage;

• abuse referral, reward or promotional systems;

• tamper with results or game data; or

• use any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage.

If you discover a bug or vulnerability, report it to Ballwhizz rather than exploiting it.

4. Keep Accounts Authentic

Do not impersonate another person, player, club, organization, public figure or Ballwhizz representative.

Do not deliberately misrepresent your identity in ways intended to deceive Ballwhizz or other users.

Accounts, virtual currencies, Cards, rewards or other Ballwhizz items must not be sold, transferred or traded outside features officially provided by Ballwhizz.

5. Protect Privacy

Do not publish, request or share another person's private or sensitive information without permission.

This may include:

• phone numbers;

• private email addresses;

• home addresses or precise private locations;

• account credentials or passwords;

• financial information;

• identification documents; or

• other sensitive personal information.

Never ask another user to share their Ballwhizz password or account credentials.

6. Safe and Appropriate Content

Do not submit, share or promote content involving:

• credible threats or encouragement of violence;

• criminal activity;

• scams or fraud;

• malware or malicious links;

• sexual exploitation;

• seriously harmful or illegal conduct; or

• other content prohibited by applicable law.

Spam, repeated disruptive content, deceptive links and attempts to artificially promote accounts, products or services may also be removed or restricted.

7. Football Rivalry Has Limits

Football rivalry, jokes, celebrations, criticism and competitive discussion are welcome.

Fans can disagree strongly. You can support your club, criticize another team, debate players and managers, and celebrate victories.

But rivalry is not an excuse for threats, discrimination, targeted harassment or coordinated abuse.

Keep the rivalry. Lose the abuse.

8. Fair Participation

Where Ballwhizz operates Predictions, Trivia, Cardz, leaderboards, polls, Daily Kick, promotions, competitions, draws or reward campaigns, users must follow the applicable rules and eligibility requirements.

Attempts to manipulate participation, eligibility, results, rewards or rankings may result in:

• removal of unfairly obtained rewards;

• correction of Points, XP or balances;

• disqualification;

• feature restrictions; or

• account suspension or termination.

9. Spam, Scams and Misleading Activity

Do not use Ballwhizz to:

• repeatedly post unwanted or irrelevant content;

• promote fraudulent offers;

• impersonate Ballwhizz promotions or prize campaigns;

• request money or account credentials under false pretences;

• distribute suspicious or deceptive links; or

• mislead users about prizes, rewards or official Ballwhizz activity.

Official Ballwhizz prize or account communications will come through Ballwhizz or its official communication channels.

10. Enforcement

Ballwhizz may review reported or detected activity and take action depending on the nature, severity, frequency and context of the violation.

Actions may include:

• issuing warnings;

• removing content;

• limiting community or game features;

• correcting or removing unfair gains;

• removing Points, XP, Coins, Gems, Cards, Boxes or other rewards obtained through abuse;

• disqualifying competition or promotion entries;

• temporarily suspending accounts; or

• permanently restricting access to Ballwhizz.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning where appropriate.

11. Reporting Problems

If you believe content, an account or behaviour violates these Guidelines, use the available reporting features or contact Ballwhizz through our official support channels.

Please provide enough information for our team to understand and review the issue.

Do not misuse reporting tools to target other users simply because you disagree with them or support a rival club.

Play Smart. Respect the Game.

Football is emotional. Rivalries are real. Opinions will clash.

That's part of what makes the game special.

Enjoy football, test your knowledge, back your club, challenge other fans and compete hard — but compete fairly and respect the people on the other side.
